Who we are
Since 2000, GridNode has been providing software solutions in Asia, Europe and the US to integrate businesses with their trading partners, through the use of open Industry Standards. We embrace Industry Standards as we recognize the concerns of our customers in both safeguarding their IT investment and encouraging integration take-up among their trading partners, thereby keeping the spirit of win-win collaboration within the value chain. Our wide range of industry experience includes both Global 500 and SME customers in OEM, Component Manufacturers, Logistics, Semiconductors, Automotive, Customs and other industries.
What we do
Trading partner collaboration is increasingly important to strengthen the competitiveness of the entire value chain, creating increased visibility and improved communications across multiple tiers and multiple enterprises. Such collaboration is critical for companies to manage change and enhance their responsiveness to customer demand.
GridNode helps companies build their collaboration capabilities. Recognizing that trading partners may range from B2B frontrunners to traditional setups with little or no Internet experience, GridNode solutions allow for a broad spectrum of B2B readiness among different trading partners all on a single platform. GridNode leverages open B2B integration standards, which means that our solutions can interoperate with all other systems that accept the same commonly-used industry standards.
And as we focus on providing both business and IT value, GridNode’s well-tested Partner Support Framework addresses trading partner needs from implementation, interoperability, process alignment all the way to support. In addition, our loosely coupled approach permits the staged migration of partners depending on their readiness, so that the solution can get up and running more quickly, allowing for quicker return-on-investment for our customers.
